Yes. For these 110cc-125cc automatic scooters, you are legally required to have a valid motorbike license and an International Driving Permit (IDP).

You typically only need your ID/CCCD (or Passport for international visitors) and a valid Motorcycle Driving License (A1 class or higher). We only keep a photocopy or your information for reference, not the original documents.

Yes. The deposit usually ranges from $100 to $200 depending on the bike model. This amount is 100% refundable when you return the bike on time and in good condition.

This is the most important question. To be fully legal and insured, you must have:

1. Your original driver’s license from your home country.

2. A valid International Driving Permit (IDP) under the 1968 Vienna Convention.

Please Note: IDPs issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention (like those from the USA, Australia, or UK) are not technically valid in Vietnam.

The price includes two quality helmets, a bike lock, and bungee cords (if needed). Gasoline is not included, nor are parking fees.

Rental prices typically range from $8 to $10 per day (24 hours) for popular models like Electric scooter or Honda Airblade. Higher-end scooters or larger engine bikes will cost more.

Generally, we charge based on a full day (24 hours). If you rent for only a few hours, the full day rate still applies. If you rent for more than 3 days, you will receive a discounted rate.

You should inspect four key points: Tires (tread, pressure), Lights, Horn, and Turn Signals (functionality), Brakes (front/rear), and Document any existing scratches on the scooter with photos or video to avoid disputes upon return.

Yes. We offer delivery and pick-up services at Da Nang International Airport, the Train Station, and hotels in the city center/My Khe Beach area. Delivery fees may be waived depending on the rental duration and distance.

No. You are free to travel within the Da Nang, Hoi An, and surrounding areas (such as Hue). However, if you plan to travel very far (e.g., to Quảng Bình), you should inform us in advance so we can advise on a suitable vehicle.

The customer is responsible for material damages to the scooter. However, we always provide a clear contract. For minor damages, you only pay the repair cost. If the scooter is stolen (a rare occurrence), compensation will be negotiated based on the scooter’s current value and insurance details.
